Fearless Living
How can we get through hard times?
We all have times when life feels like an uphill struggle, leading to unhappiness and stress. Maybe we're feeling sad or anxious - or dealing with something big like a bereavement. In these difficult moments we often need help to manage our thoughts and feelings.
At this special event, bestselling author, meditation teacher and monk Gelong Thubten will teach us how to cultivate resilience through reframing our difficulties as opportunities for transformation. He'll explain how mindfulness practices can help us access deep reserves of inner strength as we learn how to 'lean into' our suffering.
Thubten will also share his own personal journey from crippling anxiety and depression towards inner peace and positivity. By finding meaning in our pain and discomfort, we all have the potential to transform our ingrained patterns of fear and resistance.
You'll learn practical ideas to develop a 'fearless' outlook on life leading to lasting, unshakeable happiness and a greater sense of inner contentment.
